In addition to learning about and supporting your own brain's health, you will be spotlighting the joy, happiness, and smiles our programs bring to those living with Dementia, along with their families and care partners.
It's so simple!! You'll be able to manually TEXT your daily steps to us once a day. You can use ANY method of counting your steps. Use any fitness tracker, any smartphone, or an old-school pedometer. Once you register, we'll send you a special phone number to TEXT your daily steps. EZ - PZ - TXT.
